Nampally court files criminal case on Venkatesh & Daggubati family ?

The Nampally court ordered to register a case against Daggubati Venkatesh and Rana as well as Suresh and Abhiram.

Nampally court has issued orders to register a criminal case against the Daggubati family in the case of the demolition of the ‘Deccan Kitchen’ hotel in Filmnagar, Hyderabad.  On Monday Nampally court heard a petition filed by the owner of the hotel, Nandakumar, that the Daggubati family had demolished the Deccan Kitchen in defiance of the court’s orders.

Nandakumar told the court that he had suffered a loss of Rs 20 crore due to the demolition of the hotel. In the complaint, Nandakumar stated that despite the court orders regarding the lease of the hotel, it was demolished illegally, the valuable building was destroyed and the furniture was taken away. He told the court that his hotel was vandalized with 60 private bouncers. He asked the court to take legal action against those responsible for the incident.

After hearing the arguments on this petition, the court ordered the police to register cases under various sections of the IPC against Daggubati family members.

Daggubati family has to face criminal legal action for destruction of the mentioned property and it has to be seen how they will respond to the same.
