Indian shooters have shown their strength in the Asian Games. Four medals in a row including two gold medals on Wednesday. Sift Kaur claimed the second gold medal of the day in the individual 50m rifle 3 position event after the women’ 25m pistol shooting team claimed yellow metal minutes after women’ rifle team had claimed a silver in the women’s 50m rifle 3 position event.

India will jump ahead in the hunt for medals in the Asian Games. India, which has won a total of 18 medals so far with five gold and five silver medals, continues at the sixth position. China is in first place with 103 medals, while Republic of Korea is in second place with 52 medals.

India won four medals in shooting on Wednesday. The women’s team of Manu Bakar, Ritham Sangwan and Esha Singh won the gold medal in the 25m pistol event. Sift Kaur Samra won the gold medal in the 50m rifle three positions singles competition.

India’s Ashi Chouksi won the bronze medal in the same competition. Sift Kaur Samra, Ashi Chouksi and Manini Kaushik bagged the silver medal in the 50m rifle three positions team event. India’s fans are expressing their happiness as India won successive medals in shooting.
