It is remarkable that shortly after he tweeted that he was dead, he deleted that tweet and made another tweet. Olanga also said that he had spoken to him not long ago. ” I can confirm that rumours of the demise of Heath Streak have been greatly exaggerated. I just heard from him. The third umpire has called him back. He is very much alive folks.,” Olanga tweeted. He also attached the WhatsApp chat he had with Streak to this tweet. With this tweet made by Olanga, messages once again flooded the social media saying that the streak is alive.
Henry Olanga tweeted on 23rd August morning that Zimbabwe’s all-time great all-rounder’s streak was dead. Streak has been battling cancer for some time. Olanga had also tweeted at the time that his health had seriously deteriorated in May this year. But the latest news of his death has hurt his fans so much.
