ICC has made an important announcement on the sale of World Cup tickets. Tickets for India matches will be sold in installments.
Good news for cricket fans. The much awaited ODI World Cup 2023 ticket sales will start soon. On Wednesday (August 9) night, the ICC released a key announcement regarding ticket sales. The sale of tickets for this mega tournament will start from August 25.
As the World Cup starts on October 5 , ticket sales will start exactly 40 days before. In this tournament, ticket sales for India matches and other matches will be conducted separately. While ticket sales for non-India matches will start from August 25, India matches will be sold from August 30.
World Cup 2023 Ticket Sales Schedule
August 25: Non-India warm-up matches and all non-India event matches
August 30: India’s warm-up matches at Guwahati and Trivandrum
August 31: Tickets for India’s matches in Chennai (vs Australia), Delhi (Afghanistan), Pune (Bangladesh)
September 1: Tickets for India’s matches in Dharamshala (New Zealand), Lucknow (England), Mumbai (Sri Lanka)
September 2: Tickets for India’s matches in Bengaluru (Netherlands), Kolkata (South Africa)
September 3: India match tickets at Ahmedabad (Pakistan).
September 15: Semifinals (Mumbai, Kolkata), Final (Ahmedabad)
