Ahead of the upcoming Indian Premier League which is scheduled to take place from March 2024, team Chennai Super Kings announces the Bollywood beauty Katrina Kaif as its brand ambassador. Moreover, the team said that the franchise will also be making some changes to their logo. The whole team will set foot into the tournament as the defending champions who always set their goal sternly to touch success gates at the end of every tournament.
So far, they have qualified for the playoffs in twelve seasons out of fourteen. At present, there have been speculations that the team’s head MS Dhoni might not continue the match, but it is yet to be confirmed officially.
Apart from MS Dhoni, the likes of Ajinkya Rahane, Ravindra Jadeja and Ruturaj Gaikwad are also in line according to their ranks to take part as the team’s coach. As per reports, IPL is likely to begin after the termination of WPL 2024. It is also mentioned in reports that the IPL 2024 might start from March 22 or 23. Anyhow, we have to wait until the details are announced officially.
